Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before engaging our services. They set out the basis on which Tingo Timber Trace provides its interior design services.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contacting us, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and clients of Tingo Timber Trace, whether interacting via our website, WhatsApp, email, or in person.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

02

Our Services

Tingo Timber Trace provides luxury interior design services including modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedroom interiors, living room design, false ceiling installation, commercial interior fit-outs, and complete home interior solutions.

All services are subject to a separate project agreement, scope of work, and quotation that will be provided to you prior to commencement.

We reserve the right to decline any project or enquiry at our discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Service descriptions on this website are provided for general guidance only. Exact deliverables, timelines, and specifications are defined in the signed project agreement.

03

Consultations & Quotations

Initial consultations may be offered at no charge or at a specified fee, as communicated at the time of booking. Any consultation fee paid will be clearly stated in advance.

Cost estimates and quotations provided — including those generated through our online cost calculator — are indicative only. Final quotations are issued only after a site visit and detailed project brief.

Quotations are valid for the period stated within the quotation document. Beyond that period, prices may be subject to revision.

Acceptance of a quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a formal project agreement is executed and a deposit has been received.

04

Project Agreements & Payments

All projects are governed by a formal written agreement specifying scope, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty terms. Work begins only upon signed agreement and receipt of the agreed deposit.

Payment is due in accordance with the milestones set out in the project agreement. Late payments may attract charges as specified therein.

Tingo Timber Trace retains the right to suspend work if payments are not received on time, without liability for any resulting delays.

Changes to the agreed scope of work after project commencement may result in revised costs and timelines, which will be communicated and agreed in writing before proceeding.

05

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, mood boards, technical drawings, 3D renders, and other creative work produced by Tingo Timber Trace remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use the designs for their specific project. Designs may not be reproduced, sold, or used for other projects without written consent.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and branding — is the property of Tingo Timber Trace and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

06

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the project space, including measurements, existing fittings, and any relevant structural or legal constraints.

Clients must ensure that we have appropriate access to the project site at agreed times. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees.

Any approvals, permits, or third-party consents required for the design work are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images and shared materials do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

07

Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to deliver high-quality work, Tingo Timber Trace's liability is limited to the value of the services directly provided under the relevant project agreement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays caused by third-party suppliers, unforeseen structural issues, or force majeure events.

The information and tools on this website (including the cost calculator) are provided for general guidance only and do not constitute professional or contractual advice.

08

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its underlying systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website without notice if we believe these Terms have been violated.

09

Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Either party may terminate a project engagement in accordance with the termination provisions set out in the signed project agreement.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tingo Timber Trace is registered and operates.
