If you wish to delete your WhatsApp conversation history or any personal information collected through our AI assistant, you can submit a deletion request at any time. We will permanently remove all associated data from our systems within 7 business days and send you a confirmation once completed.

We process your request
Our team will permanently delete all your conversation history and personal information within 7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once all your data has been permanently removed from our systems.

What Data Is Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
- WhatsApp conversation history
- Personal contact details (name, phone, email)
- AI assistant interaction logs
- Uploaded images and project files
- Consultation and booking records
- Any other personal information linked to your account

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
Processing
All data is permanently deleted within 7 business days of your verified request.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Exceptions
In rare cases where legal obligations require us to retain certain records (e.g. financial transactions), we will inform you of the specific data that cannot be deleted and the reason.
